Drop Off Envelopes: We offer a ‘no physical contact’ vehicle drop off and pickup experience by way of our drop off envelopes and online payments.
Pickup and Delivery Service: We’ll come to your location of choice to pick up and drop off your vehicle with no contact required ($20.00 fee applies. Within 10km radius of our dealership).
Online Payment: All service invoices can be paid online using our secured payment portal to minimize interactions.

Maintaining a Safe Environment

Hand Shaking: For the well-being of our customers and employees, please do not take offence if you are not greeted with a handshake.
Employee Health: Staff have been asked to stay home for a 14-day quarantine period if they have any virus symptoms or have travelled out of country recently.
Sanitization Stations: We have placed hand sanitizers dispensers throughout our dealerships at all desks and service counters.
Vigilant Cleaning Protocol: We have amplified our cleaning and disinfection protocol concentrating on all touch surfaces in the dealership.
Safe Service Protocols: Our service team is wearing protective gloves to avoid direct hand contact with any surface in your vehicle.
Our Vehicles: All vehicles in the showroom are being disinfected on a continuous basis and demonstration vehicles are being sanitized prior to any demonstration.
Safe Interactions: We are continuously communicating with our employees on sanitation and on precautionary measures for safety from the virus. We are strongly encouraging social distancing and elimination of physical contact with each other and while interacting with customers.
